The Real Problem

Owners don't leave over the math.
They leave over the silence.

Read the reviews of bookkeeping firms across the Las Vegas valley and one complaint repeats far more than any other. It isn't accuracy. It's unreturned calls, unanswered emails, and providers who stopped caring once the relationship felt routine.

Answers on a clock

Every service tier includes a written response-time commitment: 48 hours on Basic, 24 hours on Standard, same business day on Premium for morning inquiries. It's in your engagement terms, not just this page.

One person, not a front office

You work directly with Tristan. No account managers, no hand-offs, no explaining your business twice. The person who answers is the person who does your books.

No surprise invoices

Pricing runs on a published formula, and quotes are itemized before work starts. Asking a question is part of the service, not a billable event.

Monthly Bookkeeping

Priced by formula, not by mood.

Most firms make you call for a quote. Here is the actual math: $150 per month covers up to 50 transactions and 2 connected accounts. Past that, add $50 per block of 50 transactions and $25 per additional account. Your tier multiplies that base.

Tier What it's for Includes Response time Price
Basic Compliance Categorization, bank reconciliation, monthly P&L and balance sheet Email, 48 hours Base × 1.0
Standard Management Basic plus bill pay, invoicing, sales tax filings, annual 1099s, quarterly strategy session Email + text, 24 hours Base × 1.5
Premium Advisory Standard plus budgets vs. actuals, KPI dashboards, monthly 60-minute advisory session Priority text, same business day Base × 2.5

Worked example

A business with 150 monthly transactions across 4 accounts: $150 base, plus $100 for the extra transaction volume, plus $50 for the extra accounts, comes to $300 before the tier multiplier. That's $300 on Basic, $450 on Standard, $750 on Premium. QuickBooks Online subscription is separate and stays in your name.

Behind on Your Books?

Months behind is a project,
not a crisis.

Cleanup projects are priced per transaction: $0.50 to $1.00 depending on four complexity factors, plus a $250 discovery fee, plus 10% per full year of backlog. A typical two-year catch-up with about 2,000 transactions lands near $2,460, itemized before any work begins.

We published the whole formula, including what makes a cleanup cheaper and what makes it cost more.

"The fastest way to lower a cleanup quote: export CSVs from your bank, stop running personal spending through the business account, and don't wait another year. Every full year of backlog adds 10% to the whole project."

Local to the Valley

Based in Henderson. Built for Nevada small business.

Henderson, Las Vegas, Summerlin, Green Valley, Boulder City, and remote clients across the US on QuickBooks Online.

Nevada has no state income tax

But that doesn't mean nothing to file. Most businesses still renew a state business license every year, sales tax applies to taxable goods, and the commerce tax only applies past $4 million in Nevada gross revenue. Clean books make all of it routine.

1099 season still applies

Nevada contractors get federal 1099s like everyone else. Standard and Premium tiers include annual 1099 preparation, so January doesn't turn into a scramble.

Your books, your account

Everything runs in your own QuickBooks Online subscription, under your ownership. If you ever leave, your records leave with you. No hostage handoffs.

Common Questions

Straight answers, in writing.

How much does bookkeeping cost here?

Monthly service starts at $150, covering 50 transactions and 2 accounts. Volume adds $50 per extra block of 50 transactions and $25 per extra account, and your tier multiplies the base (1x, 1.5x, or 2.5x). The full formula is published on this page.

My books are a mess. Can you fix them?

Yes. That's a cleanup project: $0.50 to $1.00 per transaction plus a $250 discovery fee, with 10% added per full year of backlog. See the complete cleanup pricing guide for worked examples.

Do I need a bookkeeper or a CPA?

Both, usually. A bookkeeper keeps records accurate all year. A CPA files taxes and handles complex strategy. Clean books make your CPA faster and cheaper. We handle the books and advisory, and work alongside your CPA at tax time.

What if I'm switching from another bookkeeper?

Your books belong to you. Everything runs in your own QuickBooks Online account, and onboarding includes an organized handoff. If your old bookkeeper is slow to release records, chasing them down is our job, not yours.

Do you only serve Henderson?

Henderson is home base. We serve the whole Las Vegas valley and remote clients anywhere in the US, since everything runs on QuickBooks Online.
