Privacy Policy

Two forms on this site collect information about you and your business. Here is exactly what they collect, who processes it, and how to get it back or have it deleted.

Effective

The short version

This site runs no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising cookies. Nothing follows you here or after you leave. The only information collected is what you type into a form and send on purpose. It is never sold, rented, or traded. To get a copy of yours or have it deleted, email tristan@growthtkms.com.

Who this covers

TK Management Solutions LLC operates growthtkms.com from Henderson, Nevada. This policy covers the website and the forms on it. Work performed under a signed service agreement is also governed by that agreement, which controls if the two ever disagree.

What the forms collect

There are two, and they collect different amounts.

The contact form

On the contact page. It asks for your name, business name, email address, phone number, which service you are asking about, and your message. Nothing on it is required beyond what you choose to fill in.

The bookkeeping intake form

On the estimate page. This one goes deeper, because an itemized quote needs real numbers. It asks for your contact details and preferred contact method, then your industry, business structure, accounting software, monthly transaction volume, number of financial accounts, how current your books are, how far back a cleanup would reach, and whether the books involve inventory, unidentified transactions, or personal and business funds run through the same account.

That last set is sensitive, and it is worth being direct about it: the form asks because those four factors are what the published cleanup formula actually prices on. It is not a credit check and it is not shared with anyone. If you would rather discuss it on a call than type it into a form, say so on the contact form instead.

Neither form accepts file uploads. Please do not send bank statements, tax returns, or account credentials through this website. Those get exchanged securely after an engagement starts, not before.

What it gets used for

Answering you, preparing an estimate, and doing the work you hired us for. That is the whole list. Submitting a form does not sign you up for a newsletter or a drip sequence, because there isn't one.

Who else touches it

A short and complete list of the third parties involved in running this site:

No one else. There are no advertising networks, no data brokers, no lead resellers, and no chat widgets.

What this site does not do

This is worth stating plainly, because most business websites cannot say it. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no tag manager, no heatmap recorder, and no advertising or profiling cookie of any kind on growthtkms.com. Both forms carry a hidden honeypot field to catch spam bots, and that field is the only piece of anti-abuse machinery in the stack.

Your personal information is never sold, rented, licensed, or traded. TK Management Solutions has never done this and does not intend to start.

Client financial records

Bookkeeping work involves confidential financial information by definition. Client records are treated as confidential, used only to deliver the agreed services, and never used as marketing material or examples without written permission. Access to client accounting systems is limited to what the work requires and is revoked when an engagement ends.

How long it is kept

Form submissions from people who never become clients are kept while the conversation is active and cleared out once it clearly is not going anywhere. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement, and afterward for as long as business and tax record-keeping obligations require. You can ask for earlier deletion of anything not subject to those obligations.

Your requests

Email tristan@growthtkms.com and you can ask for any of the following:

Nevada Revised Statutes 603A.340 gives Nevada consumers the right to tell a website operator not to sell their covered information, and requires the operator to respond within 60 days. The email address above is the designated place to send such a request. Since no sale happens in the first place, the answer will always be the same, but every request is honored and confirmed in writing.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page rather than made quietly.
